Yvonne Lorraine is the founder of Life Changing Community Development Corporation, where her faith-driven leadership inspires hope and provides transformation in the communities she serves. A proud DC Army National Guard veteran and holder of a master’s degree in public administration, Yvonne brings a unique blend of discipline and expertise to delivering sustainable solutions that empower individuals and build thriving communities.
As the CEO of Innovative ViZions, Yvonne serves as a Personal Development Coach and Trainer for executive leaders and CEOs. She is passionate about helping high performers unlock their potential, achieve personal growth, and lead with purpose and resilience.

Carmen Hodnett is the Vice President and Treasurer of the Life Changing Community Development.
Corporation (LCCDC), a position that allows Carmen to contribute to an organization that has been a driving force for community empowerment since its inception. As one of the founding members of LCCDC in 2001 in Maryland, Carmen have had the privilege of being part of this impactful journey from the very beginning.
In 2020, as LCCDC expanded its reach into Virginia, Carmen dedicated her heart and passion to furthering the organization's mission and vision. Carmen remain deeply committed to our goal of creating lasting change and opportunities for underserved communities.

Sharon Taylor, Founder & CEO of the Business Vision and Development Center (BVDC). Sharon founded BVDC to help our underserved communities visualize their dreams of entrepreneurship. Sharon is working with LCCDC to reach more community members who want to realize the freedom of business ownership.

Dr. Dannette Taylor is a passionate advocate and educator with extensive experience supporting families of individuals with developmental disabilities. As a mom of an adult son with autism, a special education advocate, and a former educator, she brings both personal and professional expertise to her work. Dannette focuses on empowering individuals with autism to live their best life possible. She is committed to fostering inclusivity and meaningful opportunities that enhance the lives of individuals with autism.
By working with the LCCDC, I aim to create a transformative impact by empowering young adults with autism to develop strong social connections and essential independence skills. My work will focus on providing access to meaningful opportunities for personal growth, fostering self-confidence, and encouraging active participation within their communities. Through this dedicated approach, I strive to help each individual unlock their full potential, build lasting relationships, and thrive in a life of independence and possibility.
